    Enjoyed the bar, where we had breakfasts. The staff was polite and exceptional and room was exceptional. The location was unbeatable and best possible, just 5 minutes walk from a buzzing Theatre-district square.

    No complaints whatsoever, thank you for a such wonderful stay. The hotel is nicely presented and spectacular, has very good staff and rooms, I loved every detail. The units were spotless with sofa bed.

    This place suits me perfectly! Wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center are fantastic amenities. I'll always remember how the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfy and friendly experience! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    All very luxurious, incredible room. The staff was very friendly, and they had some who spoke Spanish. It is in the heart of the city, in a wonderful square full of restaurants, shops, cinemas, theater, etc.. Highly recommended.

    The location is unbeatable. I actually came to this same hotel three years ago and now that I'm back I've booked back here for location. It's not a cheap hotel, but it's very clean, nice outside, good breakfast and again, if spectacular location!

    Really good Staff and Central Location

    I really enjoyed my stay with the wonderful staff were pretty good to make it special, including a lovely breakfast spread with freshly baked options. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Leicester Square, made exploring the city's attractions so easy. The room could benefit from a bit of modern touch-up.

    Very comfortable bed. The room very old-fashioned and badly furnished. But the extraordinary staff. Super well taken care of!!!!! The room although it was comfortable the bed did not exceed the expectations

    It's in an unbeatable location.

    Just two elevators and a damaged one four days out of the seven I was there. They are building a hotel two meters from this one and it is impossible to sleep if they give you a room oriented to the work, at 8 am the machines were already full and it is IMPOSSIBLE, to be in the room... Plus when you check out I was charged £120 to make the rooms.... totally unrealistic. I'm not going back to this hotel anymore.

    The location was the most relevant matter to us, we were visiting London to see a show at the Garrick Theare round the corner.

    whilst appreciating you must pay premium prices for central London hotels, I think the inclusion of a modest breakfast and free internet access would be an improvement. Some of the literature I read suggested free wifi around the hotel, I opted to try the wired variety available in the room and was presented with a tarriff of pricing options.
